The Lake Wales History Museum welcomes the consideration of unconditional donation offers and will only accept material that relates directly to our mission. Interested donors must complete and submit the form below to initiate the review process.
After receipt of this form and careful review, the collections staff may contact you to discuss your donation, if interested. We are unable to accept drop-off donations and all donations must be submitted through the form below.
Please note: IRS laws prohibit the Lake Wales History Museum staff or volunteers from assessing appraisal values for donated objects and materials. It is the responsibility of the donor to justify the value of any donated materials for tax deduction purposes.
